2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit ClubProperty.com, create an account or professional profile, list or search for property, use our tools (valuation, calculators, QR cards, booking calendar, CRM, view tracker, flyer maker), post a buyer requirement, contact us, or use our chat assistant.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Terms of Service also apply.
3. Data we collect

Under Swiss law we process personal data in line with the principles of lawfulness, good faith, proportionality and purpose limitation. We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Valuation and calculator results are estimates for information only.
6. Service providers
We keep your data on our own platform and run our statistics ourselves. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services, we do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. We only use the technical providers below to run and display the Platform, and the list may change as we improve it.

7. International transfers
ClubProperty is international: agents, owners and providers may be located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including in countries without an adequate level of data protection.
Where we transfer personal data abroad, we rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses (including the Swiss addendum) or another safeguard permitted by law. Where you send an enquiry to a professional in another country, the transfer is necessary to carry out your request.
8. How long we keep data
- Account, profile and listing data: while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised after you close it, unless we must keep it longer.
- Enquiries, messages and bookings: as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer follow-up questions and resolve disputes.
- Analytics and technical logs: for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated.
- Cookie consent records: for the lifetime of the consent cookie.
- Legal retention: some data must be kept longer to meet accounting, tax or other legal duties, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Maps, embedded videos, sign-in with Google and share buttons load content from third parties, which may set their own cookies once you use them. Their handling is described in their own privacy policies.
9.3 How to manage your cookie choices
- On our site: use the button below to reopen the cookie settings and accept, reject or customise each category. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal.
- In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform, such as login, from working.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, spam and bot protection, and regular updates. No online service is completely secure, so please choose a strong password and keep your login details confidential. If a breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- be informed about and get access to your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- have your data deleted, where we no longer need it or must erase it;
- restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, email info@clubproperty.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within the time set by law (normally within 30 days). Some rights are limited where the law allows, for example if we must keep data for legal reasons.
You can edit much of your information yourself in your account or profile. To close your account and have your data deleted, email info@clubproperty.com or deletions@clubproperty.com. We will confirm your identity and process the request as described above, subject to any legal retention duties.
12. Children
The Platform is for adults and professionals with full legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party websites
The Platform contains links to websites of agents, professionals and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. When you use the import tool with a link to another website, we read only the listing details you point us to.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add features or change providers. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update. If changes are significant, we will inform you by email or a notice on the Platform.
