Financing and Interest Rates

The Federal Reserve’s policy rate was 3.88% in September 2026 (BIS, Central bank policy rates). That is a rise of 0.25 points from 3.63% the month before. The easing cycle — 0.25 points lower than a year ago — is the main tailwind for demand.
