Turn a listing into a shareable property.

List once. Share everywhere.

Generated square marketing card: property photo, Short Term Rent badge, price, headline, address, room count, agent details and a QR code labelled Scan for details.

It’s Thursday afternoon. You’ve just published a new listing, and by tomorrow morning you need a card for the office window, something for your WhatsApp buyer list, and a flyer for Saturday’s viewing.

The usual route: open Canva, hunt for a template, download the property photos one by one, retype the price and the room count, find a free QR generator online, paste in the listing URL, download the QR, drop it into the design, export, save, then find the file again when you’re ready to send it.

Twenty minutes, minimum. Longer if the QR comes out too small to scan.

There’s now a button on every listing that does all of it.

You don’t type anything. You don’t design anything.

Open any property and click Create Shareable QR. The card is already filled in — photos, headline, price, status, location, beds, baths, area, your name and your WhatsApp number — pulled straight from the listing.

The QR is generated from that property’s own public URL. Anyone who scans it lands on the full listing, not the homepage, not a search page. Change the price next week and the code still works. Nothing to regenerate, nothing to reprint.

Three formats, one click each

Pick the shape you need and the card rebuilds itself. Every field stays editable, and the two colour swatches set the panel and accent to your branding.

Square 1080 × 1080

Instagram and Facebook feed, portal ads, printed cards.
The generator with Story 1080 by 1920 selected, showing a tall vertical preview card.

Story 1080 × 1920

Instagram and WhatsApp Stories, TikTok, Reels.
The generator with Landscape 1200 by 630 selected, showing a wide preview card with the photo on the left and details on the right.

Landscape 1200 × 630

LinkedIn, email headers, website banners, link previews.

How it works

  1. Open the listing and click Share with QR Code. The generator opens with the property already loaded.

  2. Pick a photo and a format. Every image on the listing is there in the picker, or drop in your own. Switch between square, story and landscape as often as you like.

  3. Adjust anything you want. Headline, price, status badge, location, beds, baths, area, agent name and number are all editable. Set the panel and accent colours to your branding, and toggle the agent details or the brand mark off if you don’t need them.

  4. Take the file. Download PNG, Copy image, Make video (6 seconds) or Make GIF (4 seconds). The video and GIF end on the price and the QR, held long enough to scan.

  5. Or share it straight out. Share sends the card directly on mobile. WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Telegram are one tap, and the caption comes pre-written with the property link already in it.

The same listing, three different video shapes

Landscape, for LinkedIn, email headers and link previews.
Story, for Instagram and WhatsApp. The QR sits large enough to scan off a phone screen.
The same card as a 6-second video, ending on the QR.

Where real estate agents and sellers are using this

Social is the obvious one, and the files come out sized correctly for it. But the strongest use is physical.

Your office window

Someone walks past at nine on a Sunday evening when you’re closed. They scan the card in the glass and they’re browsing the full listing thirty seconds later, with your number on screen. That’s a lead you would have lost entirely.

A-boards and yard signs

Same principle, at the property itself. Passers-by and neighbours get the full gallery and floor plan instead of a phone number they won’t call.

Viewings

Hand every attendee a printed card. They leave with the listing in their pocket instead of a vague memory of the kitchen.

Everywhere else

Brochures, business cards, portal ads, presentation decks, the screens in your office. Anywhere a printed page or a display can carry a code.

Benefits for sellers

Two things worth mentioning in your next listing presentation.

The first is the pitch itself. When you’re competing for a mandate, “your property gets a marketing card, a story video and a QR the day we publish” is something concrete to put on the table. Most sellers assume marketing means a photo on a portal. Open the generator on your phone and show them.

The second is that sellers will share it themselves. Send the owner their own card and they’ll forward it to friends, family and neighbours — the group that produces a surprising number of buyers. Every forward carries a QR that leads back to your listing and your contact details.

Scan tracking. We provide tracking for every property shared with QR Code visible at the profile dashboard.

Questions Answered. FAQ

Does the QR stop working if I update the listing?

No. It points at the property, not at a snapshot. Edit the price, swap the photos, change the description — the code is unaffected.

What happens after the property sells?

Scanning shows that the property is no longer available, along with similar listings. Printed material doesn’t turn into a dead end.

How long is the video?

Six seconds, or a four-second looping GIF if you want something lighter for messaging.

Can I change the layout and colours?

Yes. Choose the photo, set the panel and accent colours, and switch the agent block or the brand mark on and off. Every text field on the card is editable before you export.

Do I have to write the post caption?

No. It’s generated from the listing with the property link included, ready to copy or send.

What languages does it generate in?

Multi-language

Is there a limit on how many I can create?

No

Do I need design software or another subscription?

No. Everything happens inside your listing.
